Delivery Areas
We deliver to all seven Emirates of the UAE: Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. We currently ship within the UAE only.
Delivery Timeframes
- Dubai (same-day): Orders placed before 2:00 PM GST, Mon–Sat — delivered the same evening
- Dubai (next-day): All other orders — delivered within 24 hours
- Abu Dhabi & Sharjah: 1–2 business days
- Other Emirates: 2–3 business days
Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai, Mon–Sat. Orders placed on Friday after 2 PM or on Sunday will be dispatched on Monday morning.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders over AED 150
- AED 20 flat rate for orders under AED 150
- Free for same-day Dubai delivery on orders over AED 200
Cash on Delivery
We accept cash payment on delivery across all Emirates. Please ensure someone is available to receive the parcel and make payment. Our courier partners accept exact change or near-exact amounts.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email with a tracking link. You can also WhatsApp us at +971 4 555 1234 with your order number for a live update.
Packaging
All orders are packed in discreet, secure packaging. Products are bubble-wrapped to prevent damage in transit. We include a printed receipt and a batch code verification guide with every order so you can confirm your product's authenticity.
Missed Delivery
If our courier cannot reach you, they will attempt delivery again the following business day. After two failed attempts, the parcel is held at the nearest courier hub for 3 days before being returned to us. Contact us to re-arrange delivery.
